Distance Sales Agreement (Platform Subscription)

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Distance Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is concluded electronically, under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between the operator running the PrintFlow TR platform (the “SELLER”) and the member purchasing a subscription plan through the platform (the “BUYER”).

Before confirming the order and proceeding to payment, the BUYER reads and accepts this Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form. The Agreement is concluded by the BUYER's electronic approval; the order and approval records are retained and sent to the BUYER's registered e-mail address upon request.

Seller information

The party referred to in this document as the “SELLER”, “Service Provider” or “Platform” is the following business:

  • Title: Özge Dümen Meşe (PrintFlow TR)
  • Address: Şehit Üsteğmen Mahallesi Efkan Yıldırım Caddesi Ege Sitesi Daire : 8 Merkez/Edirne
  • Tax office / Tax no: ARDA VERGİ DAİRESİ / 3220254765
  • Phone: +90 530 515 34 22
  • E-mail: [email protected]

1. Parties

SELLER: the operator running the PrintFlow TR platform, whose title, address, tax and contact details are set out in the “Seller information” section at the beginning of this Agreement. Business activity: provision of cloud-based software services (SaaS).

BUYER: the producer, designer or supplier who is a member of the platform. Name/title, e-mail, phone, billing address and tax details are provided by the BUYER during registration and payment. The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

2. Subject and main characteristics of the service

The subject of the Agreement is the provision of the digital subscription plan selected by the BUYER on the purchase screen (e.g. Pro, Pro Plus, 3D Designer) for the selected period.

The main characteristics, scope, usage limits and duration of the service are clearly shown on the purchase screen and in the dashboard. The subscription scope is fixed according to the plan description published at the time of purchase.

The service is provided digitally; there is no physical delivery, shipping or hand delivery. Performance occurs when the selected plan's permissions are assigned to the BUYER's account.

3. Price and payment

The price is the amount shown on the order screen, including VAT. Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY); campaigns and discounts apply according to the conditions at the time of purchase.

Payment is collected by credit/debit card through the virtual POS infrastructure of the contracted payment institution. Card details are processed directly by the payment institution; the SELLER does not see, store or record card details. 3D Secure verification may be applied depending on the transaction.

Upon payment approval, access to the service is opened and the invoice/e-invoice is sent to the e-mail address provided by the BUYER.

Where a bank transfer option is offered, the BUYER uses the reference code stated in the payment description; the subscription starts after the payment reaches and is verified by the SELLER.

4. Time of performance

The service is performed immediately upon payment approval. The BUYER's account is opened with the limits and permissions of the selected plan.

Performance is deemed complete when the BUYER gains access to the account. If access cannot be provided due to a technical failure, the BUYER may request remedy of the failure or a refund.

5. Right of withdrawal and exceptions

As a rule, the BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the Agreement without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice is made in writing or through a durable medium.

Withdrawal notice: [email protected]. Where the right of withdrawal may be exercised, the refund is made by the same payment method within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest.

However, pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for agreements relating to services performed immediately in electronic form and intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer. The BUYER accepts, at the time of ordering, that it expressly consents to the immediate performance of the service and will lose the right of withdrawal.

Even where the right of withdrawal is exercised, an offset may be made, at the rate required by legislation, for the part of the service actually used by the BUYER during the withdrawal period.

6. Subscription term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is valid for the purchased period (monthly or annual). Automatic renewal at the end of the period is made only with the BUYER's explicit consent; if no consent is given, the subscription ends at the end of the period.

The BUYER may cancel the subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the service continues until then and the fee for that period is not refunded.

If the SELLER materially changes the scope of the service to the BUYER's detriment, it notifies the BUYER in advance. If the BUYER does not accept the change, it receives a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

7. BUYER's obligations

  • Provide accurate, current and own information during registration and payment.
  • Not share account credentials with third parties and be responsible for transactions made through the account.
  • Use the service in compliance with law, good faith and third-party rights.
  • Accept that it owns or has obtained the necessary permissions for the content and files uploaded to the platform and that they comply with legislation.

8. Liability

The SELLER exercises reasonable care to provide the service in accordance with the Agreement and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure and issues arising from the BUYER's own systems/connection are not considered service interruptions.

The SELLER's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the subscription fee paid by the BUYER for the relevant period.

9. Personal data

The SELLER processes the BUYER's personal data within the scope and purposes described in the KVKK Disclosure Notice and Privacy Policy. Data relating to the payment transaction is shared with the contracted payment institution for the purpose of carrying out the transaction.

10. Dispute resolution

A BUYER acting as a consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees at its place of residence within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those limits.

For a BUYER acting as a merchant or self-employed professional, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

11. Entry into force

The Agreement enters into force upon the BUYER's electronic approval. Order, payment and approval records are retained for evidentiary purposes. A copy of the Agreement is available to the BUYER.
